one way poem.

one life, one heart, one way of living,
one soul, one dream, one destiny.
raise your glass to what life brings,
raise your voice and sing.
sing, like your on your own,
remember the lyrics,
forget the tone.
Sing, shout, dance, scream,
anywhere, anytime,
in rooms, fields, streams?
if you wish it,
drive down the straight and narrow,
run on the pavement,
roll down the hills,
till you find a one way street,
do you break the rule?
and turn the wrong way?
do you pace as fast as you can?
to get though it faster?
Or do you take it on your shoulders?
And enjoy your one way street.
there's your street,
there's your life,
there's one way.
